There is no account. BulletinPing does not collect an email address.

The free date check stays on the iPhone. Category, country, priority date, and chart are saved on the device so the screen can show the case.

If the watch entitlement is active, the app sends that case and the iPhone’s Apple push device token to the BulletinPing notification server, tied to the RevenueCat app user id. They are stored only to send a bulletin alert when a cutoff moves past the priority date. When the entitlement is no longer active, the app removes that registration.

Apple bills the subscription. RevenueCat tells the app whether the watch entitlement is active. BulletinPing does not receive the payment card.

Provisional cutoff dates in the app were not copied from the State Department. Alerts link to the official Visa Bulletin.

The support page stores a message you choose to send, and an email only if you leave one, so a reply is possible. The app itself does not ask for an email.
